Two female students reported to Campus Police that they were victims of harassment. One of the students said she was walking through Lot 3 on Feb. 25 at 10 p.m. when a young white male approached her. She described him as 6-foot-2 with dark hair. When he approached, he told the female he had a girlfriend and that he enjoyed licking and kissing her feet.
He produced a Victoria's Secret gift card and said he bought it for his girlfriend but she turned it down. He also said he showed his girlfriend his penis and she said it was average. He then asked the female if she would accept the gift card, but she said no. He asked if she enjoyed having her feet kissed and licked. He then left without further incident.
The female saw him again in Lot 3 on March 4 at 5 p.m. The male appeared to recognize her, but only asked if she thought it would be alright for him to park there. She did not give any further description.
The other student gave a similar statement. She was in Lot 3 at night when a male with similar physical characteristics approached her. He wore a blue puffy coat and jeans. He also had a Victoria's Secret gift card.
The two females were advised by Campus Police officers to walk with an escort in the future and to call 911 immediately if they see the man again. The man's information and description were passed on to the detective unit.
If anyone comes into contact with this man or has any information about him, they are advised to call Campus Police at x2167.

A male employee of the Health and Education Services department reported that he had been a victim of harassment. The man said he opened an e-mail, thinking it had something to do with one of his classes. After he read the e-mail, he said he felt angry and threatened. He asked his secretary to find out if any complaints had been made against him. After finding that there were none, he went to Campus Police.
Campus Police officers asked if he had any problems with anyone in his classes or outside of work, to which he said, "No, I can't think of anyone. I only had a problem a few years back with an individual, but that was a long time ago."
He wrote an informal statement and was instructed to save the e-mail.
He was also told to call police if he received any other threatening calls or e-mails.
