As a brother of Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity it gives me great pleasure to report to you that we have awarded our fourth annual Kathryn Kinney Memorial Scholarships. These scholarships are given to outstanding freshmen who demonstrate a high quality of leadership and citizenship. We award these scholarships in honor of Kathryn Kinney who went through many hardships in the 48 years including raising five children, including one of our brothers, Scott Kinney.
We awarded this scholarship to three remarkably gifted freshmen. The three students who were awarded this honor are as follows: David Salge $300, Dyron Corley $200, and Ike Anyanwu $100. These three young men have proven themselves academically and in their extra-curricular activities. Their selection process included a written application and an interview with our scholarship chairman. The brothers of Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity feel that these students deserve this recognition.
