I think it's great that John Martin has spoken out about speaking out. Whining about the fact that people hold educated opinions while admitting to being apathetic is the first step to solving absolutely nothing. I'm sure that George W. Bush would appreciate his overwhelming support and revel in his comments, being that he has repeatedly assumed that he is the "king" of "the greatest civilization in the world" anyway. I hope that we can all be strong enough to join John in donning our sweatshop-made gap sweatshirts, squeezing our eyes shut, and crossing our fingers in hopes that our government will serve us well.
