Like many other colleges, Bernstein’s response tip-toed around the issue at hand, and simply just offered counseling services for students.

According to an indictment filed in the Manhattan federal court that was made public on Sept. 22, Menendez and his wife agreed to use their power and influence to protect, as well as enrich, three New Jersey businessmen and benefit the Egyptian government.
