Campus Police took a report of a criminal trespass at approximately 4:45 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 21.
The victim, a 21-year-old student of the College, said she was taking a shower and the suspect started to open the shower curtain.
When she spoke, he quickly walked away and left the women's locker room area.
The victim said that her bra was missing from her clothes by her locker and another bra was found on top of her clothes.
She said that her locker cage was unlocked, but, nothing else appeared to be missing from it or her backpack.
The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 30 years old, between 5'7 inches and 5'11 inches, slim build, with dark brown hair (medium length).
He was wearing a beige jacket with a blue collar, beige pants and dress loafers.
The women's general locker room has no lock or combination pad to keep intruders out.
There are no suspects or other witnesses at this time.

Campus Police was dispatched to Travers/Wolfe on report of a harassing message on Saturday, Feb. 22, at 12:55 p.m.
Upon arrival, Campus Police met with the victim, who said that unknown person(s) left a harassing message on her message board. She found the message to be offensive since it mentioned her sexuality.
Because of her affiliation with GUTS@TCNJ (Gay Union of Trenton State), the victim felt personally targeted by the offensive message.
The unknown person(s) wrote "U R Bi + Skanky" on the board.
She left her residence at approximately 3:15 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 21 and returned at approximately 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 22 to find the message.
There are no suspects, witnesses or further information at this time.

Campus Police was dispatched to the fourth level of the Lot 8 parking garage on a report of a vehicle having a window broken on Sunday, Feb. 23 at 1 p.m.
Upon arrival, Campus Police met with the owner, who said that she was informed by a friend earlier in the day that the window of her car appeared to be broken.
Upon receiving this information, the victim left her residence and proceeded to her vehicle.
She noticed that the driver's side window had been broken.
She had parked the vehicle at 2 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 22 and had not been back since. She said it didn't appear that anything was missing.
A check of the vehicle was completed by Campus Police.
It was determined that unknown person(s) broke the window by hitting it with a snowball.
Investigation revealed that there was snow on the driver's seat, but there was no other evidence of tools that could possibly be used to break a window.
The victim was advised to cover the window with either plastic or a garbage bag until it could be repaired.
She was also advised against keeping valuables inside.
She was told to move her vehicle from the fourth level in order to prevent further damage.
There is no suspects, witnesses or information at this time.

Campus Police took a theft report on Monday, Feb. 24, at approximately 3:35 p.m.
They met with a student who said that between 6 p.m. and 6:30 p.m on Sunday Feb. 23 he believes he lost his phone on campus at an unknown location between the Brower Student Center and Packer Hall.
The phone was valued at $400.
There are no suspects at this time.
