On Saturday, April 9, at 6:15 a.m., Campus Police was dispatched to Wolfe Hall on a report of an unresponsive female student.
Upon arrival, officers met with a male student who said that he found the unknown female sleeping in his bed.
According to the man, he was awoken at approximately 6 a.m. when he noticed an unknown female in his bed with them. It is not known when exactly the girl entered the room, except that it was after 4 a.m. when he went to the water fountain for a drink.
The women was later identified as a female resident of Wolfe Hall. Upon waking, she told officers that she had consumed about four shots of vodka earlier in the morning and did not know how she arrived in the room.
At the time, officers noticed a strong odor of alcohol on the woman's breath. Lions EMS and Residence Director Michael Robbins were called to the scene. Mr. Robbins let the woman return to her room after she refused further medical treatment.

On Wednesday, April 6, at 8:30 a.m., Campus Police was dispatched to Brower Student Center on a request for medical assistance.
Upon arrival, two officers found a male student lying on the floor between two stalls in the first floor men's bathroom. The officers noticed a strong smell of alcohol on the student's breath.
The student was incoherent and unresponsive to questions. The only information he was able to give officers was that he had consumed three or four beers the night before. Ewing EMS was called to the scene.
As Campus Police officers assisted the man to his feet, he began to urinate over the back and side walls of the stall and himself. Officers placed the student in a chair to prevent him from falling over.
When Ewing EMS arrived at the scene, the student vomited in their presence and was transported to Capital Health System-Mercer Campus.
FYE Residence Director Michael Robbins was notified of the incident and escorted to the hospital.
The student was issued a summons for being under the influence of alcohol underage.

On Sunday April 3 at 3 p.m., a female student came to Campus Police headquarters to report an incident of domestic violence.
The woman told Campus Police that the previous night at midnight she and a male friend attended a house party in Ewing Township. While at the party, the woman's ex-boyfriend followed her from room to room, making her nervous and uncomfortable.
Later in the night, she and the male friend went outside to wait for some friends when the ex-boyfriend approached the male friend and assaulted him. The ex-boyfriend also engaged in a verbal fight with the woman and pushed her, making her feel threatened.
The residents of the house arrived at the scene and told the ex-boyfriend to leave the house and not come back. Ewing Township Police responded and took a report of the incident. The friend was transported by ambulance to the hospital and was treated for a broken nose.
The student stated that as a result of the incident, she feels extremely nervous, uncomfortable and threatened by her ex-boyfriend. She requested a temporary restraining order against the ex-boyfriend.
At 5:30 p.m., Judge Russell Annich was contacted by phone and a temporary restraining order was granted.
At 6:45 p.m., the ex-boyfriend was contacted via phone by Campus Police and informed of the temporary restraining order. The ex-boyfriend was told to have no contact with the woman. He was also advised of his upcoming court date.
