"I like to bake, so I usually bake cookies for other people," Jessica Wong, sophomore psychology major, said. "The ingredients are usually in the house, and as for containers, the supermarket, Wal-mart and Target have cute, cheap containers. If you're cooking for a lot of people, you could use colored plastic wrap. I personalize the container and include a personalized message."

Nikki Santoro, sophomore elementary education/psychology major, said she plans to get her friends "gift baskets from Bath and Body Works with their favorite scents, baskets with chocolates and candy, sweatshirts and gift certificates."
"My family does a Secret Santa for $35 or less," Jonathan Kirby, sophomore mathematics major, said. "Each person writes down three things they would like for Christmas, and we don't give gift cards or money unless they request it. My cousin, 26, requested socks, "Family Guy" on DVD or a gift certificate to a marina.
