TCNJ is Elevating Excellence with comprehensive fundraising campaign

The College announced the public launch of its fundraising campaign, “Elevating Excellence” on Saturday, April 25. The campaign for “Elevating Excellence," the second fundraising campaign in the College’s history, launched an effort in July 2022 to fundraise $76 million across six years. The College has raised nearly $41.9 million to date, with two years and two months left to achieve their goal. The College is 55% of the way towards their goal.

TCNJ exhibit ‘What Images’ explores the art-making process in a world of digital saturation

An unintentionally impactful part of the exhibition is that the artist from Iran was unable to display their work. Due to the current war, the artist was unable to communicate with the curators and unable to send their piece. Instead of this, a paper was displayed labeling the artist, Arghavan Heydareslam, and why she was unable to send her video.

OPINION: The US must educate youth on the dangers of misogyny

How far should a society go in order to correct a power imbalance between groups of people? What happens when the side effects of this power imbalance are ignored? On one scale, it is casual; the president of the United States insulted the women’s olympic hockey team, meanwhile the men’s hockey team erupted in laughter at this degradation of achievement by female athletes competing in the same sport.
