FCC to review ABC licenses amid Jimmy Kimmel’s joke about the Trumps

Since then, people have begun to speculate that Kimmel’s joke is the reason for FCC’s unexpectedly early review, especially considering that current FCC Chairman Brendan Carr was appointed by the president. According to the Guardian, Carr claims the purpose of the review is to investigate Disney’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) efforts, which has been an ongoing effort of his since March 2025.

From past to present, 5 generations celebrate 60 years of WTSR

“The Eras of Panel” on stage included Tom Weiss, class of ‘75, Laurie Evans, ‘86, Kenyatta Cheese, ‘96, Madison Ouellette-Hays, ‘16 and the current station manager, Addie DiPietro, a junior history secondary education major. Alfieri hosted the panel and asked the generations questions about their time at WTSR. Listening and watching the five panelists looked and sounded like a live podcast. Everyone in the audience was laughing and interacting with those on stage.

A duo poetry reading to remember

The arts and humanities are extremely vulnerable forms of expression, so when paired with the idea that art is in every aspect of life, it can make expression feel so raw and scary. Niu did an excellent job in portraying this awkward emotion in her poetry, it connected with the audience in a beautiful way.

Rebel Wilson faces defamation lawsuit

Another incident that has been brought up as the case has progressed was four months prior to the event at Bondi Beach when MacInnes dined with Ghost instead of going to see a theater production with Wilson and her other castmates. Texts between the two showed MacInnes apologizing for losing track of time and Wilson stating she “appreciates” it.

Most of her fans are incredibly excited for this new album, and a new chapter in Rodrigo’s music career. ‘KONNAKOL’: A collection of heartbreak and self-discovery

The word “Konnakol” means to make vocal drums. Rhythmically sounding out percussion, it is a South Indian classical art form. Zayn’s “KONNAKOL” didn’t necessarily have that aspect within each track, nor did most tracks contain a radiant sense of culture he raved about in interviews. The album felt more like a breakup record, followed by themes of mental illness and the idea of self-help.

‘The Pitt’ Season 2: Medical mayhem

As events escalate, the staff continuously butt heads and struggle against the demands of the shift. Inhibited by the distraction of urgency, each character flails against their own stumbling block. The shift reaches a crescendo with the conspicuous manifestation of Dr. Robby’s ailing mental health, forcing Nurse Dana and Dr. Jack Abbott to intervene.

‘Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream’ is a delightfully odd escapist fantasy that lives up to the hype

The island itself can also be customized via house construction, town building and terraforming. Custom items can even be created. The Mii characters can also be seen freely walking around and talking to each other out in the open. Whereas the first game had a fixed landscape for the island, this game is reminiscent of other life sims such as 2020’s “Animal Crossing: New Horizons” and adds a fresh new element to the gameplay that makes every player’s copy unique.

The battle continues in Season 2 of ‘Beef,’ a chilling highlight of society’s shortcomings

As tensions continue rising and acts of hatred keep occurring, a common enemy for the two couples seems to arise in Chairwoman Park as she attempts to cover up a death at her husband’s skin clinic. Despite great efforts between each party and the riveting climax that takes place in Seoul, South Korea, Park walks away essentially unscathed while the couples succumb to their materialistic ways.

Noah Kahan’s Netflix documentary is an ‘Out of Body’ experience

Kahan’s leap from his small town of Strafford, Vermont, to stadiums across the world has not been an easy one, and he has spoken previously about how difficult it has been to deal with his sudden fame. With his new Netflix documentary, “Noah Kahan: Out of Body,” released on April 13, fans can see Kahan’s struggles from a personal angle, with director Nick Sweeney following the singer as he attempts to get back in touch with his Vermont roots that inspired his music after spending two-and-a-half-years on tour. “After all of this, what is my purpose?” Kahan asks. “And where am I now?”
